Service Level Agreement
Effective Date: July 17, 2024
This Service Level Agreement outlines the terms and conditions under which Web Boost Creations provides web design services to clients. By engaging our Services, you agree to this SLA. Please read it carefully.
1. Services Provided
The Company agrees to provide web design services, which may include, but are not limited to:
- Custom website design and development
- Responsive design for mobile and desktop
- Search engine optimization (SEO)
- Content management system (CMS) integration
- Website maintenance and updates
- Technical support
2. Service Availability
The Company will make all reasonable efforts to ensure that the Services are available to the Client 24/7. However, the Company does not guarantee uninterrupted service and will not be held liable for downtime due to maintenance, updates, or unforeseen technical issues.
3. Support and Response Times
The Company provides technical support through email and phone during regular business hours (Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM). The Company will respond to support requests within the following timeframes:
- Critical issues: Within 4 hours
- Non-critical issues: Within 24 hours
- General inquiries: Within 48 hours
4. Performance Metrics
The Company aims to achieve the following performance metrics:
- Uptime: 99.5% annually
- Page load time: Under 2 seconds
- Resolution time for support requests: Within the agreed response times
5. Client Responsibilities
The Client agrees to:
- Provide accurate and complete information for the web design project
- Promptly respond to the Company's requests for content, feedback, and approvals
- Ensure timely payment for Services as per the agreed terms
- Maintain backups of all content provided to the Company
6. Payment Terms
The Client agrees to pay for the Services according to the payment schedule outlined in the project proposal or contract. Late payments may result in suspension of Services until the account is brought up to date.
7. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all proprietary or sensitive information disclosed during the course of the project. This obligation remains in effect even after the termination of this SLA.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate this SLA with 30 days written notice. The Client will be responsible for any outstanding payments for Services rendered up to the date of termination.
9. Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute arising out of this SLA, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved amicably, it will be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
10. Governing Law
This SLA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which the Company is headquartered, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
By engaging our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms of this Service Level Agreement.
